Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the 4 eggs and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Season with salt and black pepper, adding optional seasonings like garlic powder if desired. Mix well until combined, or blend for a smoother texture.
  • Heat the Pan: Heat a stovetop pan or griddle over medium heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil or butter and allow it to melt, evenly coating the surface of the pan.
  • Cook the Egg Mixture: Pour the egg and cottage cheese mixture into the heated pan. Stir continuously to cook the eggs evenly, being careful not to overcook them to keep them moist and creamy.
  • Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, incorporate optional ingredients like cheese, chopped vegetables, ground beef or turkey, bacon bits, or chives while cooking. Stir to evenly distribute.
