- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup corn canned or frozen
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
