- 4 cups milk
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- ¾ cup arborio rice
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp almond extract
- ½ cup milk for finishing
