- 4 ounces vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup corn
- 2 green onions diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 1 jalapeño diced
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
In a bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, corn, green onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges with water, fold into desired shape (triangles or purses), and press edges to seal tightly.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
