Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1 oz chicken gravy packet
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, gravy packet, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Top with diced red bell pepper and onion.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Shred or slice chicken, then stir to coat in the gravy.
  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Notes

  • For a thicker gravy, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
