- – 4 cups frozen hashbrowns thawed
- – 1 pound breakfast sausage
- – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- – 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- – 2 cloves garlic minced
- – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- – 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- – 2 large eggs beaten
- – Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine thawed hashbrowns, breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and beaten eggs. Mix well until combined.
