These Healthy Hashbrown Chaffles are crispy, cheesy, and incredibly easy to make—perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick dinner. Using just grated hash browns, cheese, and a hint of seasoned salt, they come together fast without any flour or heavy carbs.

- – ¼ cup grated cheese cheddar or your favorite
- – 1 teaspoon flavored salt e.g., garlic salt, seasoned salt
Preheat your chaffle maker or waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated hash browns, grated cheese, and flavored salt. Mix until well combined.
Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture onto the chaffle maker and spread evenly.
Close the lid and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until the chaffles are crispy and golden brown.
