Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese or mozzarella
- ½ cup thinly sliced beef or steak tips cooked
- ¼ tsp chili powder optional, for a slight Tex-Mex touch
- Salt to taste
- Marinara or cheese sauce queso, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
