Ingredients
  

  • 130 g rice crispies
  • 160 g marshmallows
  • 35 g butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips couverture

Instructions
 

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and marshmallows, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Turn off the heat and add the rice crispies. Stir quickly to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture onto a large, short tray and spread it into a thin layer using a spatula. Set aside.
  • In a bain-marie (double boiler), melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the rice crispy mixture.
  • Carefully roll up the rice crispy sheet like a sushi roll.
  • Slice into pieces and serve.
