Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 pieces)
  • 8 slices thin deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 6 ounces dry stuffing mix chicken flavored
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the cooker.
  • Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, yellow and Dijon mustards, onion powder, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  • In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix with melted butter until combined.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mixture over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Serve warm with your favorite veggie or side dish.
