- ¼ cup red onion chopped
- ¼ cup celery chopped
- ⅛ cup fresh tarragon roughly chopped (plus more for garnish)
- ⅛ cup parsley roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup raisins
- ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, red onion, celery, tarragon, parsley, mayonnaise, raisins, pepper, and salt.
Toss well to combine.
