Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium full-size tomatoes
  • 14 oz canned albacore tuna in water drained
  • 4 semi-thick slices spiced Havarti cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Dash of celery salt
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Gently wash and core the tomatoes. Cut a circle around the top of each tomato, then use a spoon to scoop out the insides, creating a hollow bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, green onion, salt, pepper, and celery salt.
  • Scoop the tuna mixture into the hollowed-out tomatoes. Transfer the stuffed tomatoes to an oven-safe dish.
  • Drizzle the tomatoes lightly with olive oil and top each with a slice of Havarti cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Let the stuffed tomatoes rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
