- 9 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- A pinch of salt

- 7 ounces tomato passata
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- A dash of pepper
- 5 ounces Gouda cheese grated
- 8 ounces ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A little oil for frying
- 2 pieces pickles sliced
- A handful of chopped iceberg lettuce
- For the Big Mac Sauce
- 1 pickle finely chopped
- ¼ onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, and salt together until smooth. Pour the mixture onto a round baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
While the base is baking, fry the ground beef in a little oil for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato passata with oregano and pepper to make the sauce.
